นโยบายการคืนเงิน

เงินมัดจําไม่สามารถคืนได้ทุกกรณี (หากไม่ใช่ความผิดของทาง คลีนิค)

*ยกเว้น เกิดเหตุสุดวิสัยที่ทางคลีนิคมีความเห็นร่วม และ เป็น ดุลยพินิจเป็นของทางคลีนิคเท่านั้น

- สามารถเลื่อนนัดได้ไม่เกิน 1 ครั้ง โดยจำเป็นจะต้องแจ้งล่วงหน้า อย่างน้อย 14 วัน ก่อนถึงวันผ่าตัด ผ่านช่องทางเดิมในการจองครั้ง แรก หากผิดจากเงื่อนไขทางคลีนิคจําเป็นต้องยึดเงินมัดจำทุกกรณี

ไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนแปลง หรือ ย้ายเงินมัดจำให้แก่ผู้อื่นได้

Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances (unless the issue is due to the company's fault).

Exception: In cases of force majeure, refunds or adjustments may be considered at the company's sole discretion.

• You may reschedule your course enrollment once, provided you notify us at least 14 days before the course start date, using the same communication channel as your original booking. Failure to meet these conditions will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

• Deposits cannot be transferred or reassigned to another person.

Additional Notes

Refunds are tied to your original purchase account. Transferring access to others or creating duplicate accounts may void eligibility for a refund.
