1. Digital Courses & Online Mentorship

Once you purchase a digital course or mentorship program, access is granted immediately.

Therefore, all sales are final and non-refundable, unless there is a technical issue preventing access.

2. Downloadable Products (Toolkits, Templates, Resources)

Due to the nature of digital downloads, refunds are not available once the files have been accessed or downloaded.

If you receive a corrupted or inaccessible file, please notify us within 7 days and we will provide a replacement.

3. Consulting & Marketing Services

For services such as social media management, SEO, or ad campaign setup, refunds will only be considered if WeekBKK.com has not yet started work on your project.

Once work has commenced, partial refunds may be considered at our discretion, depending on project progress.

4. Workshops & Events

Refund requests must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled event for a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable, but you may transfer your ticket to another person by notifying us in writing.

If WeekBKK cancels an event, a full refund will be issued.

5. General Terms

หากงานเริ่มไปแล้ว อาจคืนเงินบางส่วนตามดุลยพินิจของบริษัท ขึ้นอยู่กับความคืบหน้าของงาน

4. เวิร์กช็อปและอีเวนต์ต่างๆ

สามารถขอคืนเงินเต็มจำนวนได้ หากแจ้งยกเลิก อย่างน้อย 7 วันก่อนวันจัดงาน

หากแจ้งยกเลิกน้อยกว่า 7 วันก่อนงาน ไม่สามารถขอคืนเงินได้ แต่สามารถโอนสิทธิ์บัตรให้ผู้อื่นได้ โดยต้องแจ้งเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษร

หาก WeekBKK ยกเลิกการจัดงาน จะคืนเงินเต็มจำนวนให้ผู้ซื้อ
